Their loans generally have a variable interest rate of US 90 day Libor + (0.65 to 0.75 %), as of Dec 2007, according to the annual report. 90 day Libor is now down to 2.25% so I would assume their total interest rate would be around 3%, going on the currently available information. They have interest rate swaps for about half of their debt at 5.81%. They obviously won't be using those swaps while the variable interest rate is low.
