I had a similar issue for my order delivery to Sydney on 16 May. The shipping box was saturated. One of the boxes of 6x500ml hand sanitiser contained two bottles with loose lids and were empty. Other items were fine. I took photos and notified Zoono by email that they have a production problem and my concern as a shareholder and customer. I received a detailed reply and soon after received replacements (and more). A happy outcome for me.
