I doubt the latter shareholders would buy many more shares now. There were 1,606 shareholders with 10,001 to 100,000 shares with average holding valued at $8,000 and let’s say 30% of them apply to top up with $10,000 more. There were 565 shareholders with more shares (possibly worth $40,861 on average) and let’s say 30% of them apply to top up with $20,000 more. Total applications would approach $9M but cap is $3.6M. How would it get scaled back?
