with 975 mill shares on issue and a price of .01c you have $975,000 . That is without any payout of any staff costs etc so just what is a messy , nasty shell worth these days? Still worth a Mill? If you can hold off any real announcements and wait to backdoor something into it then it appears that it has that mystical / mythical 8 mill valuation.

ASC and ASIC are toothless IMO. Very sad that this is allowed and about time they got serious. Problem is that delisting only helps vultures not genuine shareholders IMO . At least listed there is some pretend oversight and theoretical opportunity to have a exit .
