I fully understand, let some pressure off.
I never saw a man that hated my mother so much as my ( I think) dad. He would go white with anger, if you just mention mum in front of him.
He wrote a novel about his life. That let off a lot of steam.He was a lot better after that. It's important to let off steam in non violent way.
