I think you are probably on the money in your calculation.
It is based on how you interpret how their statement below.
"Approximately 98% of applicants will receive at least their pro-rata allocation.",
My guess is a a 1 for 1 "prorata" basis.
1.For Example you say put in for $30k and own 500 shares you will only get 500 new shares =$7075 and a return of funds of $22925
2 If you put in for $30k and own 2500 shares you will get 2120 new shares = $30000 and no return of funds.
Just my interprettion.
