Here is a better option, why not ask Panasonic, Nissan, etc to become a 50/50 JV partner in Rincon (US$50m - cheap)?

Since management cant be trusted to act in the shareholders' interests perhaps the best option for shareholders is the get ADY put into administration. That will call off the wolves (HW receivers and YA Global.) The administrator can then take his time and either get a good price for Rincon by tender or find a JV partner. ADY would then come out of administration when its debts paid and would resume trading normally (perhaps with some new board members).
