You mention Texas Mineral Resources (TMRC), which has had a good run. It would like to be an American Lynas, but check and see if you think it has any chance of that. Texas Senator Cruz has zero chance of his legislation being passed. The real force in the US Senate is Alaska's Senator Lisa Murkowski, who chairs the potent Committee on Energy and Natural Resources. She is Senator Rare Earths in Senate and has introduced several rare earths bills and held many related hearings. Her decade long favourite is Ucore--another that never will be an American Lynas.
