yes, if you check my posts for past 6 months, I have always mentioned that I think BEPPA is a better buy than BBI. That is only on the basis if you like BBI and want "in".
BEPPA rank ahead of BBI in terms of dividend and wind up. If BBI goes into receivership, BEPPA may be worth a few cents also. BEPPA pays a dividend and if dividend is deferred, they must pay interest on interest ("cumulative");
I think the real beauty of BBI is if a white knight comes along and injects equity at 10 cents per share for less than 50% of the company, BBI survives. However, under this scenario, BBI shares go to say 12 or even 20 cents but BEPPA goes towards $1 as maturity (July 2012) approaches.
