AFGHA note holders should now be in possession by mail of the documents from McGrath Nicol which include the Notice of Appointment of Administrator and First Meeting of Creditors.
Also Included are the Proof of Debt form and the Proxy form for the Crs Meeting to be held on 14th of March in Sydney.
Can anybody enlighten me as to who would be appropriate to lodge AFGHA note holders proxies with from the point of view of giving note holders effective representation.
I would think that the appropriate person or entity to handle the proxy might be the trustee for the notes if one exists or maybe a Sydney based not holder who can attend the meetings. Not me I'm a country boy.
Ideas please guys and gals for general discussion.
