It is very suspicious, to say the least, that this resource would be getting upgraded while a takeover is being accepted.
This takeover must be rejected by the foreign investment board and investigated.
Why would anybody sell their share in the middle of a series of resource upgrades? What other negotiations have occurred outside of the structure of the company?
