So you reckon he is spot on whereas I think the issue is dead and buried. Why because pricing methodology has already been agreed upon and secondly isn't it simply a matter of transfer pricing back in China between the related parties on who paid what and who receives what as they slice up their bigger share of profit?
In response to "GBG simply need Anshan a lot more than Anshan need GBG" do you think FIRB would allow them in the country without GBG?
With current ubiquitous market negativity indirect downramping is not needed at this stage by a few here.
