i have several girlfriends who are quite open about the fact that all they want is to get knocked up and have no interest in a partner. when i confront them about the grief it will cause to the father(cost of a 2nd mortgage)they couldn't care less. only their interests matter.
my case is a little different where i fathered a child overseas or at least i assume its mine, my surname was taken by my daughter and now i have to take a dna test to prove it if i want her to get oz citizenship. i bet refugees bringing their families out dont have to do this but as an oz citizen i have to pay $2000 to take the test.
now if you want to make it compulsory for everyone who will pay. and try suggesting to your partner that a dna is needed just in case. she wont be your partner after you ask her that
