A couple of points I missed:
FAR is likely to farm down 50% of its working interest in Gambia, therefore retaining 25%.
FAR booked 500 spaces with Zoom, who delivered a 100-capacity feed. Probably the last thing FAR needed!
FAR was repeating the whole meeting for those who couldn’t get in earlier. Good on them, but it’s a bit fraught given little of it is scripted. There is always the possibility of a remark being made slightly differently that can lead to two interpretations. I hasten to add the formal business was concluded in meeting No.1 so I’d think the Corporations Act has been adhered to.
