The volumes on teth are just to low for there to be any arb going on 140k shares traded yesterday in Teth = 23k volume of adt , that is only tiny retail noise , I looked at selling some of my adt to buy teth but the discount is not big enough to justify it at 15-20% as if the deal falls through for any reason you are stuck with a stock with no liquidity that will fall back 50% , Liquidity in ADT is much better and I think the fact that it is well funded, doing smart deals and still only 20% of the npv of a 100% IRR project means ADT should trade a lot higher ...
