There are some early results published by Western Sussex University NHS Foundation Trust after the implementation of COVID-19 digital patientrack assessment tool, please note that Western Sussex University NHS FT is first non-specialist acute trust to be awarded Outstanding in all five domains by The Care Quality Commission (CQC) in UK at the end of last year. " Between go-live on the 23 March 2020 and 9 April 2020, 1,270 patients had an assessment performed, with a positive response from ward and outreach clinical teams to the package that has been introduced. In addition, asystem of ensuring clear documentation of investigations requested by the ED team was required to prevent duplication or omission;this system rapidly evolved from a stamp on the front of the paper clerking notes to a bespoke COVID-19 ED clerking proforma."

"We describe a simple digital COVID-19 assessment that hasprovided our clinical teams and hospital management with up-todateinformation during a rapidly changing clinical situation."
