There are more to come too when (if) a mining license is granted.
I think you're ongoing anger is more to do with you having missed the fact there were subsequent tranche payments... if you go back to the original transaction documents, you'll see it there. Plain as day. They were ALWAYS going to be issued so you really shouldn't have any prob with it.
if you object to delayed/ conditional consideration that much, why buy the stock in the first place?
