I'm no expert, and others can help to correct me.
Most of my qualifications are from the back of cereal boxes - e.g. Patent expert - who needs a degree hey @dplane
But, what I understand is this...

TO can happen in a few forms
The most common are:

1. Scheme of arrangement
2. Hostile TO

Scheme of arrangement is where the Board agrees to the TO and encourage other SHs to go down that path.
I can't see this happening with such a low SP atm - how could an offer be attractive enough for the board to accept this path?

Hostile TO - is where a buyer just build up a position and then push for control of the company by offering a higher SP to buy other SHs out.
Again, I can't see this happening as SI and friend hold a lot of shares, so they act as a protection mechanism for us smaller retail SH who don't really have a say, as our holdings are too small to make a significant difference to the voting power
