I see the conspiracy theories are being dreamt up again.

I have never in my life heard of a company board wanting to run down the the stock price prior to a cap raise. It's the opposite, companies wanting a CR usually wait for a good announcement and interest in the company to announce such a CR.

As far as I can see the reason for the price underperformance is that there is zero interest in FLC. No one is interested, nobody, well except for a few posters on HC. In fact my thoughts are that the price has been modestly supported when it looks about to tank, maybe by interests associated with the board. That's as far as I'll go with a conspiracy theory.

There should be a spike when the first IC payment is received and THIS is when you may see the board opting for a CR, although there may not be a need for it.

Come on people, give ol Ron a break, he's mentioned on HC only negatively and for no reason, other than what some people dream up.
