Does anyone know if this offtake agreement is still valid ? It's 3 years old now, and at current progress it will be another 2 years before we have anything for them to sell. But we are slowly getting closer to that point so are we still locked into this exclusive agreement ?

A quick look online and it seems very little activity from Statdrome Pte Ltd. They have one news article on their website, which was the announcement of this offtake agreement over 3 years ago. At least their website still exists I suppose. What about the US$6mil prepayment ??
