    the list you have posted is NOT CURRENT . The total issued shares are now around 800 million.

    The current one from which I have got is posted below

    If you look at the top 20 list you will see only 167 million(about 21% of total ~~800 million shares) is held by top 20 and a few old top holders left the ship.
    I am thinking this may have been a pump and dump- will wait and see.
