Long time holder here.
It was complete stupidity and an act of insanity from some pin dick idiot holders, whom off the back of little volume caused mass destruction to the SP. Perhaps the directors should have undertaken some on market purchases to preserve the SP..
The company was trading at circa 5-5.5 cents and when the CR was announced at 4 cents, the SP immediately gapped down. the BOD decided to extend the CR close off period and during that period, there was the market shock, causing massive sell offs globally, which gave the underwriter an out. SP gaps down to circa 2 cents, Revised CR and happens again down to 1 cent.
The funny thing is, the company has actually out performed their targets for this FY 2020. Hell, their cash and assets are worth more than the current MC. How they navigate their way through the next 12 months managing cashflow will be key. As long as they keep getting sales, the SP & MC should accurately reflect a fair value of the company.
Anyways, GL to all new holders, not sure about it reaching 8 cents again, but definitely much higher than where it is now.
