Could you explain to me like I am 5? I don't have a great understanding of SKT other than what I can see in the sp.
As I understand the announcement SKT will raise $NZ157m @ $NZ0.12 which would issue 1300m shares. Current shares on issue are 436.2m meaning post rise SOI of 1736.2m shares. Dilution is ~75%.
On a pre-rise sp of $A0.70 (MC $A305m) this would imply a post rise price of about $A0.182?
I must have this very wrong as most of you seem pretty pleased with the announcement.
Could you clarify for me? Seems to imply the rise will increase the MC x 4? How long do you think this will take.
