why did you choose your onscreen name, page-2

Hi Sally
my usual name I use 'unit' was taken on Hotcopper, although I've never seen anyone post using that name.
So I was walking past a pamphlet I had on getting my leg lengthened and they use 'external fixators' so I just grabbed the name 'fixator' off it. I never did get my leg lengthened btw :)
