I don't think we have enough technical knowledge (I certainly don't) to be saying this is bad news. Or maybe this is just a down-ramp attempt? From what I remember, this last step (transfer to a megabit platform) was relatively straightforward. To now say that the wafer recipe is 'not good enough' to allow for satisfactory integration with the megabit platform doesn't make sense to me.
