    Let's say the offer was real...

    - How long before AIO will be trading at $4.40 again ?

    - Better to take the premium now than suffer OPPORTUNITY COSTS.

    Anyway that would be my best case scenario.

    Next best would be if AIO opened up over $1 and closed at above $1.38

    Worst case scenario......don't want to know!
