So what does it take to get ASIC to investigate the announcements made by this company? They were still talking it up right until it went under.
AIM took (or was taking, haven't followed what has happened since the announcement) action against its former CEO. Are there grounds for a shareholder action against callaghan? Was he getting himself set up for the congo on TMR expenses?
