Maybe the shareholders (ALL) could buy RLL at a reduced rate of say $15million for HALF RLL and keep the balance in ADY.
Then mothball RLL side until market recovers.
The $15mil can payout Hawkswood and ADY could sell IO shipments to pay other outgoings and look to make a JV.
Then relaunce demerger with the balance of 50% and the shareholders who took up RLL selldown will benefit also.
Anyway just a thought.
Percentage selldown of RLL could be 20% 50% or whatever it needs to be.
