If you're interested in actually seeing the market demand for such products I suggest you sit outside a servo for half an hour and watch the number of people who leave with an iced-coffee in their hand. I know several people who can't walk into a servo without buying one, and have a brother-in-law who makes a special trip for solely that reason. Servo fridges are full of these drinks now and it seems the more 'premium' and more expensive, the better. The great thing we have here is brand recognition without having to spend decades developing it. People will walk into a servo and buy one of these without thinking twice - because they already know the brand. And they'll pay a premium to do so.
