one gets the impression someone wants to increase their position sub 1.6c and pick up all those disappointed investors shares( rather a lot I think) before a move up in SP.
some strategic realignment happening I think before the next announcement when was that September?. who can get what remains a good asset for the best price and can they side step WPL. I am sure with the teams help they can
