    One could argue that in the past, MT was negotiating with a potential promise only.

    He is now in a position to be able to negotiate with bare facts and proof behind him.

    He deserves the right to be able to do this, but it really is time for delivery. If he can't close deals now, he never will be able to.

    Pesonally, I expect a few really nice announcements to come our way in the next few months.
