    I semi-jokingly answered this before..... I'll tell you after December 15. We'll all know when divvies are coming (if at all) after this time.

    If CNP's OK then I think in 2 years. THe write-offs have to be written back before CNP is going to anywhere near declare a distributable profit.

    The loss helps them preserve cash don't forget. They sort of had to write assets down. How would they have distributed dividends (which they would have had to by law) with seriously edgy and p*ssed off lenders?
