About this point I am quite surprised too. A few months back I posted that I couldn't see how this could go to the last minute as I believe a debt/equity swap would need to be voted on.

And I note that it's not an agenda item for the AGM.

My view is that it has to be voted on, agreed on, done and dusted before December 15. So I don't know!! And this is the part that I find frustrating.

I will seriously peak it savagely if Centro limps into yet another debt extension while this is ironed out. Especially as GR himself said that the group can't go from quarter to quarter uncertain of its fate and at the mercy of lenders. It's no way to run a business.
