Yesterday I posted a question about this 5 months and 28 day issue. Does anyone know if it applies to Centro (Like what Allco did).

The reason I ask is because, I can also recall (probably last year) that there was confusion at the lenders level as to what was secured, by whom, and how and this was one of the motivating factors for the lenders to want fixed and floating charges ove rthe business.

So what is reported as secured might not actually be secured. The liquidators will go to town (and court) over this if they can. They are obligated to.
