It was actually voted in favour which pretty much 100% of SHer approved Cameron Adams get shares in lieu of cash - if it wasn't approved he still would of been paid in cash. I am unsure how you are taking a director getting paid in fully with cash to a tune of $60,000 a year with $30,000 in cash as a negative and there is still millions in the bank account - and this was before they took a paycut.

Meanwhile Ted still gets paid in full cash way above what a person of this size should be getting paid but hey it is what it is plus he also gets 50M in PR for bringing the SP from 25c IPO to 1c - yup this is clearly the same as what Cameron Adams is doing....
