It is only down 4% today on news that is definitely not bad, and to my mind good. Get a grip everybody!
Conspiracy theories about shorts is a bit difficult to believe.
You have a lot of placement recipients with a profit down to $3.20. Many will be bigger players who don't really have time to understand the business, and who can blame them for that, as it is complicated. So anything (such as an attention grabbing media report) can trigger them to dump first and never think about it again. And then you can have some traders act on the action, over leveraged longs sell, and then you have keen big buyers who will not be bidding as normal as they would like the SP to correct a bit, and to pick up some panic sellers in a few days time. Normal activity in the market.
Tonight's (or tomorrow night's?) presentation will be warmly received I expect at ISCT. The right people will be watching!
