we have our answer as to why there is no presentation at Westergaard. DF would have been the presenter.
I hope the $400k saving has taken into account DF's consultancy fees.
Basically what has happened is that it has been recongnised that TZ no longer require a CEO to have expertise in Fastenings Technology, but intstead TZ require a head who has broad corporate experience.
I can't get over how good this news is!
