Intriguing how SGP stockholders respond by dumping the shares so it's now >10% less than the peak today.
I would have thought the move by Stockland in taking so many strategic stakes of its competitors demonstrates their muscles, and even opportunistic thinking. The other REITs are generally bunkering down by raising capital while Stockland is going in and buying their stocks at lower prices.
Is it us who are deluded, or are people still acting irrationally? The stockmarket seems to be made up of investors who would be inclined to drive their cars while looking at their rear view mirrors... or those who read a book upside down =.=
