dont forget, that in almost all rights issues i have seen, the stock usually gets sold down to the issue price.
Dont know why, it just does.
Expect to see IPL at 2.50 until the issue is over, then have a rally from there, being better financed.
So, to take a short cfd position on IPL if it opens above the 2.50, is the question.
