It was part tongue-in-cheek and part wondering if testing on a surrogate feline strain can benefit prevention in humans.
As to date there hasn’t been any identified transmission from household pets to humans.
I guess it doesn’t matter as it will most likely be sold “99.9% protection against corona”.
