Exactly, we still don't know enough about all of the deposits to make an informed decision on what price the asset is worth.
However I am concerned that the silica was left off the initial announcement and then it was decided to update the announcement with silica numbers. In the middle of this Shannon resigns.... more than just a coincidence to me.
