I have a feeling that some ISX shareholders are getting impatient and start fidgetting. Could it be that logic has been compromised and overly emotional? Let's step back and take a look at the entire picture.

Would anyone know what happens to your shareholders' money after ISX is delisted?
Would JK do the run? (hope not but very tempting)

Let's talk about relisting. Why would another stock exchange allow ISX listing on their exchange with an existing court case? Unless the court case is resolved, dare to say no other stock exchange would bear this risk. What happen if this issue surface again?

On the other hand, WHEN ISX comes clean after the court case, why would ASX pick the needle out of the haystack unless there are other financial issues? You cannot have smoke without fire. It is not that ASX did no wrong in handling this case. But they are established to protect the mum and dad investors. ASIC issues a license to ASX to monitor and govern the listing companies. ASIC is here to look over the shoulder of ASX.

At least, by NOT delisting I still have a chance to get "some" money back. I urge/plead you to use your logic and make sensible decisions.
