I certainly hope they cover why the management changes were necessary and the associated expected outcomes. In the recent AR DF was the "man", now he's gone.
There are plenty of positives going on but some concerning "unexplainables" as well...hopefully the AGM will shed some light.
One theory...CK is back to get the ball rolling and line up TZ for a sale...it's not in his terms of contract for nothing..maybe a CISCO, Microsoft type co. could be interested...
