OK, can someone make more sense of that than I. Looking at the figures it looks like Morgans have to buy 40million shares from a possible 60 million shares ( round figures) but elsewhere they say they have sufficient sub underwriters that they dont expect to have to buy any shares. Then there is a closing price of 43.5c, that I can understand but that will bring selling pressure to bear as SH can sell shares to take up their entitlement and make a return of approximately 50%. It will be interesting to see where the SP is after the 3rd. Feral
