"Liabilities exceed Assets by $6m+”
No, they don’t. Current liabilities (i.e. all debts due in the next twelve months) exceed current assets (i.e. all cash or near-cash assets). Total assets exceeds total liabilities by many millions."
And what are these "Total assets" made up of ..... goodwill? The book value of what was paid for the plethora of takeovers done over the past 5 years?
How much would these "Total assets" be valued at in the real market ??
