I agree asset sales will become more prevalent very soon.

Even though projects are being mothballed, there are still companies upgrading plant and facilities where they can, if good equipment comes up.

I dont want to knit pick. I wanted to point out that the assets INL have at Hellyer are very good quality items and in very good condition. As such the NAV is considerable even in a depressed market. I believe the realisable NAV would be more than the present capitalisation of 21M without any other assets they may have.

I'm afraid your right, penwiper will be dining out on the current mess for quite some time I fear.
