I dont know the share structure of coe whether are significantly largw holdings that would acy as a defence but I have been thinking along the same lines particularly as one strategy that white knight sometimes uses is is to buy a large position in the hostile party to enforce a share exchange. Just some open thinking this certainly has more time to play out no matter what
