Maybe look at the free shares granted and how the KPIs were met to grant that dilution?
Personally I can’t recall any company ever being diluted so much by a single revenue KPI ... or a revenue KPI that went so much into reverse as soon as the free shares KPI target was met! Or a revenue KPI that got rewarded but was achieved by selling services (that generated the revenue) at a loss! If you can recall a worse case on any of these measures, please advise!!!
