as others have said in the last couple of posts, IHL announced that all permits were in place and product on site in the qtly. the hold up suggests that something has seriously gone wrong and I wouldn't be surprised if any of the trials happened until the late third quarter or even the fourth quarter this year, given the recent incentive timelines. I believe this is pretty much a 2021 CY story now and you can forget about 2020. FYI. I'm following IHL but don't own any stock because of the countless delays and intend to own stock when and if they begin to start trials. it's certainly now seems that 2020 is looking like a write off considering the new incentive timelines. i hope I'm wrong because this seems like a promising stock when and if, it gets started.
