You are going to an enormous effort to either understand MAK or annoy people...

Anyway, might I suggest you do what professional analysts do... Calculate worst case scenario (In your opinion) and judge the project by the numbers.

If your worst case estimate comes out with 100% return on current share price... Its worth the risk. If not, then go post somewhere else.

Simple really... It should not even matter what HC posters say or what company sales people say. As an investor you should be able to do the sums yourself and not have to write "War & Peace" posts begging for us to do it for you.
